After a year of blogging I promised myself to dedicate myself more on shooting. I have a few projects in mind and this is the first.

I have a dysfunctional relationship with mirrors, I don’t like them much. I can’t explain why, it’s an unsettling feeling I have sometimes. When I was a kid I thought of mirrors as doors to the “other side”, wherever and whatever that could be.

Today I’m trying to exorcise once and for all that “mirror complex”, embarking into this project, which (post title is quite indicating, I suppose) is about reflections. I’m going to shoot reflected images, into puddles, glass, whatever.

After an heavy thunderstorm, air is clean, there are huge puddles around and a shining sun to lit the whole. That’s what I’ve shot in my first attempt.
